I can really use this everywhere in LatAm + Mexico. It always showed me the best food places when I stayed somewhere. Delivery services were great, everything worked great.
It feels like back home. Im from NY and I love that I can order with such convenience and ease. I like that the app tells you when browsing certain restaurants that they will close soon to place order.
The app is super easy to use and has many restaurants available.
I would love to see a filter for "open now".
Its a lifesaver app cuz you just have to choose what you want to eat and thats it. No talking to people, no discussing with anyone.
The app is great, very organized and with great promotions! The first time that Ive used it it had some promotions that ifood (major competitor in Brazil) didnt have which makes me always look at pedidosya first!
Should invest the discounts in varieties and promote more functionalities that iFood doesnt have, because thats their really differential
Highly recommend it if you are in Latin America.
Some bad moments
Its frustrating enough trying to find a business that delivers food in Argentina outside of the times they think you should be eating (good luck finding any place open to serve food between 4-7:30 p.m. let alone delivery). Its one of the biggest adjustments as an expat living here...the complete lack of convenience and the customer is king mentality. Ive gotten used to restaurants promptly laughing in my ear and then rudely hanging up when politely asking if delivery is available. This app is supposed to help sort out what is available for delivery at what times close to your location. It is very user friendly and wouldve gotten a 4 or 5 star rating. The problem lies in the simple fact that roughly half of my orders have been canceled by the vendors! Just yesterday I used the app to TRY and order sushi. Although it showed that both restaurants were open and offered delivery the reality in fact was quite different. One place called directly and said that they couldnt be bothered to fill a $100+ order 30 minutes before their lunch hours ended. Then I received a call from someone at pedidos ya basically telling me to forget about ordering sushi at 3:30 p.m. on a sunday! Unbelievable!
I have ordered from this app twice. The first time they canceled my order and I got something else.
Currently, I ordered a bunch of food and they did not bring me my entire order. I called to complain and they told me that they did... Liars! They wont return my money or bring me the missing food.
It is a really bad app.. They have an agreement with restaurants and nobody can leave a bad feedback of healthiness or cleanness !
I wish I could leave push notifications on for this app, but its all about sending me annoying messages about ordering food when I dont need.
Very useful app, Ive found so many awesome places in my neighborhood thanks to this app. Totally recommend it
